What’s the safety record of the company?  We believe in safety and have no safety violations.  We perform complete vehicle inspections on all vehicles at the beginning of each run and a recheck is performed during the trip. 

What type of training do the drivers receive?  Drivers are trained on customer service, vehicle inspections, road tests, driving techniques, and our limousine drivers have a commercial driver’s license.  We are professionally trained to transport you. 

Are the vehicle(s) new?  All of our vehicles are 2007 Lincolns.  They are clean and smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.  We will also provide signage:  “Just Married”. 

Is the company licensed, bonded and insured?  We are fully licensed, insured and bonded.  Our credentials can be found on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicle website. 

What’s the company track record for being on time?  We have a 100% on-time track record.  Our vehicle will arrive for your pick-up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

What discounts are offered?  We offer a 20% discount when you book three events to include your wedding.   Members of the military, police and fire departments will receive a 5% discount on single bookings. 

What’s the dress code for the driver?  Sedan drivers wear dark business suits and limousine drivers wear tuxedos.   

Will the transportation company provide me with a contract?  We have made it easy for you by providing you the opportunity to book your event on-line.  If you would rather call us to book your event, that’s fine too because we would love to hear from you.  If you book on-line, we will call you to go over your itinerary after your reservation is received by our office.  Once itinerary is finalized, we will provide you with a written contract for your signature.  Our attention to detail will ensure your special day is error-free when it comes to transportation.   

Can the transportation company take me to my honeymoon get away?  If your honeymoon is within the 48 states excluding Hawaii and Alaska, our company can provide you with interstate transportation.  Taking a limousine to your honeymoon destination is definitely the way to go.  It’s more private than being on an airplane, unless you own your own private jet.  If you want to be chauffeured during your honeymoon, contract the limousine for a week rather than for one event.
