To save time with exhibitors, create labels with your basic contact information to place on registration sheets. This includes your full name, mailing address, day and evening numbers and your wedding date.  Don’t forget to bring your appointment book to schedule appointments of exhibitors you want to see again.  Also, bring a camera to take pictures of wedding gowns and tuxedos you like, floral bouquets or a wedding cake you would like to duplicate.
